What is your refund/transferral policy?
If services are not rendered, you will get a 100% refund. If you do not show up for class at the registered time and date, and do not call 24 hours ahead to reschedule, then you will forfeit your deposit.
Who is eligible to take the 38-hour course?
Anyone who is at least 14 years and 9 months old AND is in at least the 8th grade is eligible to take the 38-hour course.
How are the 30 hours of classroom instruction given?
The 30 hours of classroom instruction are taught over the course of four class days. The hours are usually 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break each day, and 2 15 minute breaks.
What happens after I complete the teen driver education program?
You will be given the documentation to take to the Office of Motor Vehicles to apply for your Learner's Permit or take the Road Skills Driving Test.
How are the 6 hours of classroom instruction given?
The six hours of classroom instruction are taught in a single class day. The hours are usually 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break.
What happens after I complete the drivers education program?
Upon satisfactorily completing the 14-hour course, you will be given the proper documentation to take to the Office of Motor Vehicles and apply for a learner's permit.
How are the 8 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction provided?
For inexperienced drivers, the eight hours of behind-the-wheel training are usually provided in four lessons of two hours each.
When can I schedule drive times?
The driving lessons are given seven days a week, from 8 AM until 7 PM, in an effort to accommodate each student's busy schedule.
Do I have to provide my own vehicle the behind-the-wheel lessons?
No, all behind-the-wheel training takes place in one of our properly equipped and insured driver's education cars.
